1. Overview & Core Philosophy

SpeakToX ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a personal voice ghostwriter for X (Twitter) available at speaktox.com and via our Telegram bot. We believe your voice, private thoughts, and intellectual property belong exclusively to you. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use your private voice recordings to train public third-party foundation models.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you authenticate via Google OAuth or email, we collect your primary email address and display name.
  • Creator Profile Context: Your X handle (e.g. @username), creator role, and content niche to tailor post drafting.
  • Telegram Gateway Data: Your public Telegram ID and username when you link your account using a cryptographic pairing token.
  • Voice & Audio Recordings: Spoken voice notes sent via Telegram. Audio is processed ephemerally in RAM for transcription and is not permanently retained on disk.
  • Payment Data: Subscription orders are processed directly through Dodo Payments. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on our servers.

3. How Your Information Is Used

We process your data strictly to deliver the service:

  • To transcribe your spoken notes into text.
  • To generate extractive post options (Velocity Punch and Bookmark Magnet archetypes).
  • To manage your active studio pass and enforce 24-hour rate limit protection.
  • To authenticate your identity across devices.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner only with enterprise-grade cloud providers for core infrastructure:

  • Hosting & CDN: Vercel and Cloudflare.
  • Database & State: Neon Serverless PostgreSQL and Upstash Redis (encrypted in transit and at rest).
  • Speech-to-Text: Groq Whisper API (sub-second in-memory processing).
  • Authentication: Google OAuth 2.0.
  • Billing & Payments: Dodo Payments.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain complete control over your data. Scratchpad voice buffers automatically expire within 15 minutes of inactivity. You may clear your active scratchpad at any time by sending /clear in Telegram. To request permanent deletion of your account and post draft history, email us at [email protected].
