By accessing or using SpeakToX (accessible via speaktox.com and our Telegram bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SpeakToX provides an AI-assisted voice ghostwriting matrix that converts spoken audio and thought notes into X (Twitter) post drafts. Generated post drafts are published exclusively through official X Web Intents, ensuring creator approval before posting.
3. Subscription & Billing Terms
SpeakToX offers paid access passes:
- 7-Day Sprint Pass: $4.99 per week.
- Creator Pro: $19.00 per month.
- Founder Annual: $149.00 per year.
Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal or by contacting support.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SpeakToX to generate unlawful content, hate speech, automated harassment, malicious spam, or unauthorized deceptive materials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these standards.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and copyright to all ideas, voice recordings, transcripts, and finalized X posts produced using SpeakToX.
6. Limitation of Liability
SpeakToX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall SpeakToX or its operators be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
